Outcomes and satisfaction are measured only with reference to the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of the data products we deliver — not with reference to any procurement outcome or contract award.We're on the hook for delivering $1,000,000 in qualified SLED opportunities. What you do with them is up to you.

No. The prices you pay for Pursuit's data products are not contingent on you winning a government contract, and our pricing is never determined by your contract award value. Pursuit is entitled to payment for the data it delivers regardless of whether you win an award.We also don't contact, influence, or communicate with government procurement officials on your behalf. You can rely on these representations when making any certification required under federal, state, or local procurement law.

Email support@pursuit.us before the end of your Guarantee Period (day 90). We'll process the refund within 10 business days.

Pursuit can pause or end this offer at any time — but if you're already enrolled and eligible, your guarantee is protected for the full 90-day period.
