Pursuit $1M Guarantee — Terms & Conditions
Last updated on April 29, 2026
Nature of Services
The Pursuit platform finds, researches, and identifies SLED opportunities to your team as finished data products (the “Platform”). Everything we deliver is built from public sources — FOIA records, government databases, and publicly available procurement data. We don’t represent you in any government process, contact procurement officials on your behalf, or have any role in how you pursue an opportunity. What you do with opportunities you develop from the Platform is entirely up to you.
Overview
The Platform will surface $1,000,000 in SLED opportunities within 90 days of your first credit purchase. If we don’t, every dollar you paid us gets refunded.
To qualify you must:
- Be a new Pursuit customer on Pursuit RevGen.
- Use 25 paid credits on Pursuit within 90 days of your first credit purchase.
- Connect and enable syncing of Salesforce or HubSpot connected and syncing with Pursuit (which must be your primary CRM).
- Complete onboarding with a Pursuit Specialist within 90 days of your first credit purchase.
- Be headquartered (your business) in the US.
- Not be on any other promotion or discount plan with Pursuit.
A few other things to know:
- Refunds are capped at $1,000,000.
- These terms are non-negotiable.
- This guarantee can only be used once per customer.
Terms & Conditions
The $1M Guarantee.
Pursuit will surface at least $1,000,000 in SLED opportunities within 90 days of your first credit purchase (“Guarantee Period”). If we don’t by the end of that period, we’ll refund everything you paid us. That means your initial credit purchase plus any top-up amounts, up to $1,000,000 (“Guarantee Refund”). To claim your refund, email support@pursuit.us before the end of your Guarantee Period. We’ll process it within 10 business days. This offer is available once per customer, to new customers only. Outcomes and satisfaction are measured only with reference to the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of the data products delivered and not with reference to any procurement outcome or contract award resulting from customer's use of those data products.
What counts toward the $1M.
For guarantee purposes, “SLED opportunities” means the total estimated value of unique opportunities Pursuit delivers to you within the Guarantee Period. To count toward the $1,000,000 threshold, each opportunity must: (i) be associated with a verified SLED entity in Pursuit’s database; (ii) have an estimated value of at least $10,000; (iii) include a named procurement office contact; and (iv) not have already been in your CRM when Pursuit delivered it.
Every opportunity Pursuit delivers counts toward the $1,000,000 — whether you pass on it or purchase it. The guarantee measures what we deliver, not what you decide to pursue. We’re on the hook for delivering $1,000,000 in SLED opportunities. What you do with them is up to you.
If we determine a refund request was submitted in bad faith for services actually received, we reserve the right to decline it. Pursuit can pause or end this offer at any time — but if you’re already enrolled and eligible, your guarantee is protected.
Non-Contingency Fee and Non-Lobbying Representations.
The prices paid for Pursuit’s data products and opportunity intelligence are not contingent on successful award of a government contract to you. Pursuit is entitled to payment for the delivered data regardless whether you receive a contract award. The attribution clause enables retroactive payment for the data products previously provided to the customer. It does not create any fee, payment, or obligation contingent on a government contract award. Under no circumstance is Pursuit’s pricing determined by the actual contract award value to you.
Pursuit is providing publicly available information regarding government procurement opportunities. Pursuit will not contact, influence, or communicate with government procurement officials to obtain information related to your opportunity.
Customer may rely on Pursuit’s representations in this Agreement — including the non-contingency, non-percentage, non-commission, and non-brokerage nature of fees, and Pursuit’s non-contact with government procurement officials — when making any certification required under federal, state, or local procurement law.
