Pursuit is an authorized reseller of enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, and public safety technology. Public agencies can buy from Pursuit through competitively solicited cooperative agreements — without running a separate solicitation.
Pursuit submitted a response to RFP 26-S1105 on October 15, 2026. Award decisions rest with Region 14 ESC. This page will be updated with the contract number, term, and award documents if and when an award is made. Agencies evaluating Pursuit in the interim can review the capabilities described below.
OMNIA Partners, Public Sector is one of the nation’s largest cooperative purchasing organizations, serving state and local government, K-12, higher education, and other public entities. Its cooperative model brings together the collective purchasing volume of thousands of agencies under agreements that are publicly and competitively solicited by a lead public agency.
Through this model, a participating agency purchases from Pursuit under pricing and terms established in an agreement that was already competitively solicited and publicly awarded. For many agencies, that satisfies the intent of a competitive process and can significantly shorten procurement timelines — though each agency remains responsible for confirming cooperative purchasing is permitted under its own procurement rules.

Every participating agency is assigned a named Account Executive and Customer Success Specialist. Send requirements to purchaseorders@pursuit.us referencing the Order ID or contract number.
Pursuit returns a written quote carrying a unique Order ID and a stated expiration date, listing quantities, unit pricing, term length, billing cycle, and extended fees on the face of the document — so you see full cost before committing.
Issue a PO referencing the contract number. No additional paperwork is required beyond the purchase order itself.
Track any order by its Order ID from quote through provisioning and invoice.
Search the catalog by manufacturer, product, part number, or category, with contract pricing shown.
View open and historical orders, filter by date range or manufacturer, and retrieve prior quotes and invoices.
Pursuit publishes its return terms before purchase rather than at the point of dispute.
Most software and cloud subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable once licenses are provisioned or keys are issued. This reflects manufacturer terms, not a Pursuit policy, and is stated on every quote.
Where a manufacturer offers a trial period, evaluation window, or cancellation right, Pursuit passes it through in full and identifies it on the quote before you issue a purchase order.
Where an order is placed in error, duplicated, or provisioned incorrectly, contact your account team. Pursuit works the correction with the manufacturer at no charge to the agency.
Pursuit charges no restocking fee of its own. Any manufacturer restocking charge is disclosed in advance and passed through at cost.
Participating agencies get visibility into their own activity under the contract, and Pursuit reports program volume to OMNIA Partners.
Spend by manufacturer, category, department, and time period — your whole position across vendors in one view, rather than reconciling invoices vendor by vendor.
Every quote and invoice shows the contract number, the manufacturer list price, the contract discount applied, and the net price, so you can confirm you received contract pricing without asking.
Pursuit tracks expiration dates for subscriptions, support, and maintenance sold under the contract and notifies your designated contacts ahead of renewal with a requote at then-current contract pricing.
Pursuit reports contract sales to OMNIA Partners using the program’s standard reporting template, so administrative fee calculation and program volume are accurate and auditable.

Contract pricing is not-to-exceed pricing.
Pursuit may quote below the contract ceiling but never above it. Discounts hold for the full term and all renewal options.
Pricing reflects each manufacturer’s then-current published government or education list price, less the contract discount for that manufacturer. Agencies may request a lower price for a specific opportunity or scope; volume, multi-year, and prepaid discounts are available and are described on the quote.
Contract terms, the manufacturer list, pricing structure, and return terms are publicly accessible. Agencies create an account only when they are ready to transact.
Pursuit’s storefront and customer portal are hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure and monitored continuously. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside standard business hours with advance notice to account contacts.
Pursuit maintains a SOC 2 Type II report, available to participating agencies on request.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET, with published response targets by severity.
Pursuit sells directly to participating agencies as the awarded supplier. Purchase orders and payment go to Pursuit.
If Pursuit proposes a distributor, dealer, reseller, or partner to sell under the contract, that entity will be submitted to Region 14 ESC for written approval before transacting, and will be listed on this page. Affiliate pricing may never exceed contract pricing, and Pursuit remains responsible for affiliate performance.
